沈梓捷1997年9月3日出生于江蘇省南京市，2016年，他代表深圳男籃出戰(zhàn)CBA聯(lián)賽，正式開啟職業(yè)生涯。2022年3月，沈梓捷當選2021-2022賽季CBA聯(lián)賽常規(guī)賽最佳防守球員；2023年4月，他獲得2022-2023賽季CBA聯(lián)賽常規(guī)賽最佳防守球員。2024年8月6日，CBA官網(wǎng)公布了2024-2025賽季北控男籃國內(nèi)球員注冊信息，沈梓捷D類頂薪簽約三年。
